While some business offices install water dispensers at their offices, others opt to provide individual bottles for their employees. They believe that this would save them the space especially if the office is just a small area. Some may think that this is a practical solution but it’s not.

When you think of the expenses you make for one water bottle multiplied by the number of employees you have and the days that you provide it to your employees, you would surely get a higher cost compared to buying a dispenser one time that you could use for a lifetime.
